Hi, I’m Erica Bland, MS, CCC-SLP, ADHD-RSP

Speech-Language Pathologist /Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapist /Collaborator

With over 17 years as a licensed speech-language pathologist and more than 30 years working alongside neurodivergent individuals as an educator and in-home therapist, I bring both experience and compassion to the work I do with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.

My practice is rooted in the belief, beautifully captured by Dr. Ross Greene, that “Kids do well if they can (not if they want to).” This mindset guides everything that I do. I support differences, not deficits by helping clients with ADHD, autism, sensory processing and social communication needs to build strategies that honor their strengths and individuality.

My approach is neuro-affirming, child-led, and collaborative. I offer individual therapy, parent support, school collaboration, and IEP consultation services with one clear goal: to help each child feel understood, capable, and connected. I believe caregivers are the true agents of change, and I’m here to partner with you to uncover the “why” behind your child’s behavior and build a path forward together.

Whether I’m working with a family, a teacher, or a child, I strive to create a space where growth feels safe, empowered, and meaningful.
